We are proudly offering high-quality handmade products. All our products are 100% handmade and crafted with care, skill, attention to details. We try hard to make it perfect but since handmade art cannot match the precise finish of machine-made products, we kindly ask for your understanding if you notice any minor imperfections. And natural properties of any material cannot be changed by any mean. When we say handmade; we mean it because every item is individually created, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are a natural part of the handmade process. These characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered defects. However, we understand that customer satisfaction is essential, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. The following policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Time frame.

Return/refund for any product is accepted only in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the design, specifications, or description agreed upon at the time of purchase. To qualify, customers must contact us within 7–14 days of receiving the item, depending on your chosen timeframe. When reporting an issue, please provide clear photos or video evidence so we can assess the situation accurately.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because of the personalized nature of handmade work, few conditions are applied on certain item which is not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders (unless there is a craftsmanship error)
  • Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery
  • If care instructions are not followed properly (every package includes care instructions)
  • If defect not reported within time frame mentioned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will review your claim and may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement of the same or similar item
  • A repair, if feasible
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the issue

We strive to resolve these matters quickly and fairly.

4. Return Shipping

Once a return is approved, customers are responsible for securely packaging the item in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials. Return shipping costs may be covered by us only in cases where we are at fault (for example, wrong item sent or confirmed craftsmanship defects). For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Any taxes charged as per Govt rules and regulation may not be refundable.
